360° Virtual Tour services by Caoimhin Watts — Whether you’re after a quick turn around real estate tour or a fully featured virtual tour of your business site, I’ve got you covered! I’ll visit your property to capture the 360° panoramas for each space. I’ll also take photographs and video of areas of interest to be embedded within the tour as pop ups. Then I’ll create and publish your tour, ready to be used on any screen size or device.

As an option, have your virtual tour published to Google Street View — Once I’ve created and published your virtual tour (which can be easily embedded into websites and social media platforms), you have another option. We can add your 360° tour to your Google My Business page which will mean your tour is available for all to see on Google Street View. This can increase interest in your business and encourages people to view your Google listings.

Host your 360° virtual tour here — Virtual tours are great, but you’ll need somewhere to host them if you’re wanting to view them online or adding them as content to a website. Many companies charge you a lot for this and restrict the number of people who can view your tours by restricting bandwidth. Here, fast hosting is included with your tour and there are no irritating bandwidth limitations to worry about.

360° Virtual Tour with commentary of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour & St. Cumin’s Parish Church, Morar. For the people of the parish. This is a project I undertook with my dad. I’ve been coming to this area on holiday every year for over 35 years – first with my parents and now with my own family. It’s one of the most special places in Scotland.

360° Virtual Tour of the Museum of the Scottish Shale Oil Industry. Take a step back in time to when Scotland’s booming shale oil industry was world leading in both scale and innovation. The museum itself is housed within the Almond Valley Heritage Centre at Millfield. This tour can be viewed on any device and is also compatible with most VR headsets.

360° Virtual Tour of Burngrange Park. Take a walk around this detached property and you won’t even have to take your shoes off or wear a mask! This tour is compatible with most VR Headsets. Have a good look around, all from the comfort of your own home. UPDATE: This property sold within a week. The buyers couldn’t view in person and relied on this tour to give them a really immersive understanding of the layout and ambiance of the property. This really highlights what a powerful tool a 360° tour can be. The buyers have asked to have this virtual tour removed from the site now that the sale is completed, and so it is no longer viewable to respect their privacy.

I won’t charge you for the number of users you get or for how long they spend looking around your tour. As a result, there’s no more need to check to see if your daily bandwidth allowance is reaching its limit. Hosting here means fast loading times, and everything optimized for picture clarity and a smooth user experience, no matter what device or platform your audience uses. I offer safe and secure storage/hosting for any size of tour, tailored to your requirements. Host your tours here on a yearly renewal basis or factor it in to the cost of your tour.

Once we’ve finalised everything and you’re happy with your 360 tour, I’ll create a unique url for it. With this you’ll be able to access your tour quickly by copying the url into your web browser to jump straight in. Alternatively, use this same url to include your virtual tour into websites, blog posts, social media/real estate platforms etc.
